Blown Footed Black Glass Vase with Rows of Colored Raised Dots . It sit on 3 feet that are gilded in gold. The vase has raised rows or bands that are decorated with raised dots or flower that are painted with different colors. Enhancing the bands is gold lines in the depressions and on the rim . It measures 6.5" tall. The condition is good but there is considerable wear on the gold gild on the bands, feet and the top rim.
There is small mark on the bottom that is either an a or a g. but it is not enough to identify the maker.
