Beautiful Fostoria "Transition" pattern crystal Cream and Sugar. Hard to find set is in mint condition. This pattern was discontinued by Fostoria in the mid 1980's. The creamer and sugar have a square base and square handles. Each measures 3 1/4 inches tall. The creamer is 4 1/2 inches from the outside handle to the tip of the spout. The sugar is 4 1/2 inches wide from handle to handle. See the photos for further details. We are happy to combine items for shipping to save you postage.
