This Four Flowers plate is 6 3/8" wide by 1 1/4" high. It is on  clear glass with a beautiful Peach Opalescent finish.. It was made by Dugan, circa 1905 and is fresh out of a private home and has never been offered for sale before. It has slight color fade from stacking but no nicks or dings. Just fabulous colors. It does have a small speck of ash deep into the glass not on the surface, as shown. I have collected carnival Glass for over 55 years and I can say this has some of the best colors around.
