This is a wonderfully enameled past president's pin from an unidentified fraternal organization. It has the following under the crest:NISI-DOMINUS-FRUSTRA. I have no idea what this latin phras may mean. It has the makers mark on the back, Pollack-CHGO/Sterling. It is in very good condition and measures approx. 7/8" across.
