This very unusual and lovely mantel clock is crafted from marble with beautiful inlaid stone and painted decorations.  Measures: 21 x 14 x 6 in; 53.3 x 35.5 x 15.2 cm.  The dial is signed H. Azur à Paris.   Provenance:  Purchased from Lennox Money Antiques Ltd. of London on August 5, 1971; estate sale of Nancy Friday.  The antique shop of Lennox Money operated from 1964 to 2006 at 88-90 Crawford Street in London.
