Vintage "Lucky" Elephant with raised trunk paper weight. Beautiful frosted glass in a lovely,  shade of blue and  elephant stands appproc 4"Tx3.5" w. Sticker on bottom is no legible However I learned from internest searches that is made by INTERPUR Taiwan ROC. No chips, cracks but there is a whitsh area on his tail.   Not sure what this is a ding or a thinness in the color of the glass.    I have seen a white speck on others of the same as well.
