This is a nice 10 inch swing light/medium duty ratchet brace marked FULTON 10 MADE IN U.S.A. on one swing arm steel.  It appears to have been lightly used, the only wear we see is some of the knurl design had been worn and scratched.  This brace has the 2 jaw chuck that hole tapered ended auger bits, and the jaws are not spring loaded to the open position as per original design.  There is no rust, the wood handle are nice, spin freely and the ratchet works great also.
