Geisha Girl Hat pin holder. Brightly colored with roses or apple blossoms hanging in the trees with the beautiful girls & fans. Looks like they are having a nice time. This has a couple of flakes on the orange border upper left, see photo, these were probably made from sticking the hat pins in. 3 1/4 x 2 1/4". This does have a corked bottom, holes are too big for salt or pepper, but could have been used for something else. 16 holes in square formation.
