They offer a free booklet" Instructions to Prevent Skidding" The ad reads, There's not an ounce of reclaimed rubber in the General tire. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. Measures 10 1/4" wide by 14" tall.
