Stylized headdress, hat, bouquet, hairdo? You decide! In any event, a strong design central to the tile in three complimentary glaze colors. Small nicks to the right edge as shown and a slight glaze miss original to the tile about 1.5" up just left of center with a little wear just diagonally up from that. I see a very whimsical design.

I have included an image of the reverse of this tile because the mark is very nice but unknown to me.  It is clearly Meissen; if anyone knows the specific maker, please let ust know.
