German Lithyalin Glass Beaker Tumbler ca. 1830

Unavailable

German lithyalin glass beaker, ca 1830+/-, possibly by Friedrich Egermann (1777-1864)
Outer is a green marbleized color and inner is a pale burgundy.  When held up to the light, it shows as burgundy with no green. It is 4.25" tall, has a 10 sided base measuring 2" across, measures 2.5" just up from the base, and 3" across the top.  As can be seen in the last two photos, there is a flaw in the glass, possibly hairline fracture.  It goes across the side of the bottom and partially up one side.  It is smooth on the inside.  The outside has a small knick on the side, and you can see the crack going up over the bottom.  It is very small, and I have enlarged the photo to show the detail.
