An American pattern water pitcher, without the ice lip. There are no cracks or chips I can see anywhere. It is approx. 8 1/2" high and approx. 5" across. It weighs in at nearly 4 pounds.  I was told that the placement of the handle was wrong for Fostoria, but many sources I have looked at have the same placement and they are quoted as being Fostoria, I have come to believe they are wrong, that they are looking at the same sources I have and they are all misinformed! I do beleive this is Whitehall.
