This gold painted wood jewelry or dresser box looks like it was made from carved wood molding and a picture frame to form the lid. It opens on a hinge, and has a lovely picture of a bowl filled with a colorful assortment of flowers. The inside of the lid has a mirror which has discolored and darkened in various areas, and there is a ribbon used to lift the lid. The inside has a wood divider, and is lined with yellow and white gingham covered with a sheet of plastic. (11/30/16)
