Grotesque face, by Leyshon Cambridge Ohio. This is probably an ash tray, is hollow & well designed. The glaze is typical of the 1940's from companies like Royal Copely. I am not familiar with the designer of this item, & may have mispelled it. Please see picture 3 3/4" long x 3" wide
