Just your basic Guatemalan Souvenir shopping tote bag.   It was purchased in the late 70's from Guatemala.   If is made with hand loomed cotton fabric..  Features a Mayan man playing a marimba flanked by two Quetzal Birds.   As you can see the word " GUATEMALA"  is on the top and there is a row of animals on the bottom.   It has a padded quilted lining and zips closed and measures 18" x 18" not including the straps.   

The condition is excellent.  It was used once to bring back stuff from Guatemala and been stored in a closet since.
