A really cool looking plastic barrett. I would say a good bit of the paint is still there. I don't think the sails were completely covered with paint. There are four embedded rhinestones, not sure, but I believe they are glass. It measures aprox. 1 3/8" across. The shipping fees quoted are for first class/No insurance in USA.
