Halloween Kirkoff Life of the party drum noise maker. Vintage noisemaker showing a mean witch with her scary pumpkin own and broom and a more modern looking witch coming out of a pumpkin. It also has a bat and cat. The handle has some damage at the end, it might have been chewed on by a small puppy or cat, but none of it is missing, just a little discoloration, see photo. The painting on the drum part is excellent. There are a couple of small scratch marks close to the handle, but I still consider this above average condition. Barrel is 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches and handle is 2 1/2 inches long
