Beautifully Hand Carved Stone Owl with Glass Eyes and Blue, brown and white coloring to highlight the features. It think is alabaster because is is very heavy and dense for the size. But it could be something else. But I do know that is not soapstone. .It is 3.75" tall. There is no signature. The beak appears to have some chips but is not noticeable unless you examine it very closely sine the stone is a black brown underneath the finish. Other then that issue it is a very nice piece of art.
