Hand Hammered Silver Metal Chased Repousse Artichokes Decorative Wall Plate.  The chase work is of high relief .   There is a loop on the back to hang it from the wall.      I am not sure it is white copper or aluminum.  It actually feels to heavy to be aluminum.   It obviously well hand crafted   The  diameter is 11.75" .  The condition is excellent.
