Hans Hansen Modern "Future" Sterling Clip Earrings

Unavailable

In 1932, Danish silversmith Hans Hans asked his 18 year old son, Karl Gustav, to design a "Future" line of sterling jewelry. This collection of 50 pieces, including rings, brooches and earrings, was too futuristic for the time. The public finally accepted it, and the "Future" line was sold successfully into the 1940's. These clip earrings are marked with an H within an H (HH), which is the early mark of the company, 925S and DENMARK, and are numbered 438. They are in excellent condition.
