This is a lovely laminated celluloid hat ornament with imbeded clear rhinestones. The rhinestones are in good condition, but the pearlized glass end has lost some of it's finish. The pin fits tightly into the cap. It measures approx. 3 1/4"X1 1/4". The fee quoted for shipping are for priority/No insurance in USA.
