Offering this nice clean 1.25" wide firmer socket chisel marked "NEW HAVEN EDGE TOOL CO.".  Though the maker's stamped name is rather light, there is enough there to confirm the maker.   It sharp, and ready to use. It has some minor pitting but none effecting the cutting edge which is polished smooth. It has a good solid hardwood handle, fits the socket well. The steel measures 9.2" from socket end to the cutting edge, and 13.7" overall. A quality chisel by a well known quality edge tool maker!
