Edited by Don Dooley, Lawrence D. Clayton, Randall Yontz, Nancy Morton, Joyce Trollope, Rosemary Corsiglia, Sharyl Hieken, Sandra Mapes and Elizabeth Strait. Published by Meredith Corporation in 1973. This is a Special Edition, first printing issue. This is the first in a series of encyclopedia of cooking books. I believe they once were given away at supermarkets. Hard bound book with 128 pages. Book contains many pictures to go with recipes. There are a few small stains on the front and back cover. This cookbook appears to have not been used. We consider it to be in excellent condition. It measures approximately 10 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches wide.
