Very good condition, no spine cracks, stains, or fraying; one very faint line mark on front cover. Pages are clean and crisp, no stains, tears, or scribbling; hinges are secure. When book is closed; page edges have mild speckling - does not affect pages when open. Book measures 6 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches, perfect for carrying in your pocket! A nice book with great information!
