Shows interesting photos of cleaning techniques for fish and turtle and has a few recipes. Front cover shows a picture of the Herter family crest. Front and back cover shows wear. A few of the pages has some foxing. The back cover lists other books written by George Leonard Herter. This cookbook has been well used and loved. We still consider it in good condition although it may have a small stain or upturned page. It measures approximately 9 x 6 inches wide.
