HUGE sterling feather Brooch Musketeers or Gothic Hallmarked

 

This huge sterling feather solid brooch looks like it came off a Musketeer or a victorian hat. This i s hallmarked sterling and then what looks like ax R ii g? ( see photo) . The brooch weighs 25.5 grams and is really well made.
