HUGE VIntage gold filled Cherub golden ring

Cherubs, known during the victorian times we in pictures, on boxes and vases and especially on jewelry.Signifying innocence and made to look almost surreal, they were made and drawn in many forms. This ring has two Cherub heads (one on each side) on this HUGE golden glass stone ring. The faceted amber/ topaz color stone measures 1" x 3/4" and it is set in a prong setting that raises up off your finger about 1/2". THe open back setting lets the color really shine thru. THe cherubs are not only soldered on but they fit under the prongs. This is a size 6 and is marked gold filled and E&E ( I think). Very gentle wear on the gold.
