Our fine watercolor on paper by William T. Smedley (1858-1920) depicts a distinguished gentleman smoker standing beside a street lamp.  Signed and dated 1894.  Mounted in period giltwood frame originally glazed and now missing glass.  We may install new plexiglass prior to shipment.
