Irice Yellow Amber Cracke Glass Perfume Atomizer Bottle I.W. Rice Imported from Japan. It is a lovely molded crackle glass the color of yellow amber. The top is brass. The bottom label is quite worn and there is "Irice" embossed the bottom in the glass. The condition is good the brass shows darkening of age and the bulb is missing. Getting replacements for these bulbs is pretty easy.
