This is a good new old stock vintage extension double lip wood auger bit with the tapered end to fit the vintage style hand brace chucks. The one was made by and marked "THE IRWIN BIT" on the shank, and 11 (11/16") on the taper. This is a rather hard to find size as it is longer, (12" overall) than standard. This one is in very good condition, never used with the original plastic coating (removeable) on the cutting end, and has the tapered end that will bit into your brace. Nice and clean, metal, not rusty.
