James Swan Brace Auger Drill 9/16 inch Extra Long

This is a very good used antique brace auger but with the extra long length.  It is marked "JAMES SWAN CO. EXTRA U.S.A." in very small lettering on the shank, and "9" on the tapered square at the end of the bit.  It is .56" diameter with double spur, and lip design.  The overall length is 17.4", with very smooth and well polished spiral form.  A nice straight EXTRA long auger bit for your base.  Sharp and ready to use.
