Japanese Carved/ Painted Wood Fan with Glass Top Box .    It is in excellent condition.   One side is delicate cherry blossom and the other a pagoda scene with calligraphy with the artist seal.     A few of the slats show a gap but there is nothing that is broken   It is 8" long and when opened it is 14 wide.    It comes in a cloth covered box with a real glass window.
