John Dove Chapter, George Washington Bicentennial glass. Winchester Royal Arch Chapter, John Dove Chapter No 21 Winchester VA Tumbler with Decorative design. Says George Washington Bicentennial, Born February 22, 1732, dies December 14 1799. Appears to be from the Masonic Lodge group, as it has the Masons symbol Compass and ruler. I would think this would be from 1999 or 1932 depending on whether you honor a man from birth or death, but I am not sure. 5 3/4 x 3 1/4"", mint condition
