This is a nice old German style horn plane with a nicely formed front handle, fit into both right and left hand. The cutter and the plane are both marked "JOH WEISS SOHN WEIN" with a half round logo lightly pressed on the wood just in front of the cutter, and an even nicer logo on the cutter with a C-clamp in the center. The plane has some wear and scratches, but is in good working condition with a sharp blade. The cutter has about 90% length left. There is two tight wood grain splits, that don't effect the use of the plane, can be seen on the left side of the cutter on top, and the other to the right side of the cutter on the bottom.
