Cute little vintage flocked porcelain puppy dog by Josef Originals, Japan.  Has the foil paper labels attached. It measures 3" tall and has glass eyes.  

The condition is good.  The black has worn off his nose and it looks like some of the flocking has rubbed off in a few places.
