The picture of the pig-tailed young lady is a Norman Rockwell picture. It says she is a neighbor friend of Rockwell in Arlington, Vermont. With nice graphics from an early magazine. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10"" wide by 14"" tall.
