This is an early ratchet wrench marked "THE KEYSTONE MFG. CO. BUFFALO N.Y. U.S.A. DROP FORGED STEEL SK555" on the handle. This wrench is 6" long with a 1/2" hex drive. The ratchet works very good, it's single directional, just flip the wrench over to go the opposite direction. A nicely made early wrench!
