This is an nice clean, 9"long cobbler's combination pliers marked KNELL STEEL A OCT.25.188 as we can't make out the markers name. These pliers have the  serrated hammer head design in very good shape.  The hammer head is 1"diameter. The curved pliers jaws are closed together with a minor gap between at the pivot end of the pattern (some wear note under close inspection). The pliers show sign of use, mostly minor wear, good pivot joint, jaw serrations are pretty nice, but do have some wear on them, not cracked, no rust, very useable. This is a fairly rare patent pliers.  Nice design!
