This is a nice clean, rare electrian's pliers / wire cutter. They are marked "KRAEUTER U.S.A. 1800-7. The suffix number tells the length. They appear to have some wear mostly on the cutters, but jaws are in very nice shape, clean, no rust, ready to use condition. Nice cast design on the handles!
