Kreiss & Company Chalk Asian Lady, Girl in 3-D Wall Art, Plaque, Framed Picture Old and RARE.   The lady dressed in red and white with gold trim and red shoes is holding a straw bundle as to represent a bouquet.   The chalk figure is mounted on what looks like rice paper with a tree painted in the background.   There are a few nick there and there but nothing that stands out.   The frame shoes wear.   It is marked on the back "Kreiss & Company.   The frame is 8.5" x 7".
