 Very pretty La Francaise Porcelain Flow Blue Plate.  It is 7.5".   The "Flow Blue"  border  is with a raised scroll swag pattern trimmed with gold.   The condition is very good .  There are some cut marked on the eating surface of plate.  Then some wear to the gold leaf and there is crazing thoughout.   It is marked on the back.
