This large lovely hand blown art glass piece is one of a kind and unique as all the art pieces created by local Northwest Glass Artist Trish Knowles. Her studio "Blown by Design" is in the Seattle Tacoma area. You can see her work displayed on her website: http://blownbydesign.com/index.html

The vase offered here is a striking splash of color and form. To me it has an oceanic feeling about it. The body is paneled and flare out to the gentle flowing ruffles. The way it is formed is reminiscent of sea corals or sponges.

It measures 7.25" high x 9" across the top. The condition is excellent and it is signed/ numbered on the bottom in gold.
