Large Original Watercolor  Painting  Beach Scene.   I cannot find a signature but was told that it is painted by a local Pacific Northwest Artist  by the name of    Priscilla Wiler.      It is matted and framed behind Plexiglas to protect the art.   

 

  The painting is on watercolor paper and measures 21" x 14.5".    The frame is 21" x 29" .   

 

The condition is excellent.
