Beautiful watercolor painting of a river bank or lake shore with a row boat and a dwelling in the distance. 

It is on watercolor paper,  matted that is 25' x 18".      It is signed with what looks like  L. Stream or L.C. Stream.  Although I am unable to find any information on this painter.  

The condition is excellent  as it was framed behind glass but I am selling this without the frame and glass to facilitate easier shipping.
