Lefton Queen of Hearts Doll with spaghetti work BELL, This lovely doll bell with the gold ribbon is waving hello. Hearts all around the bottom with pink & gold stone type stripes on her dress. Original price of 39 cents is inside. Clapper is made of porcelain & hung by wire (original). This is a older doll & I believe it is Lefton but there is no mark. There is one flaw (on the back of head is a extra dab of gold coloring , see photo) that doesn't belong there but doesn't hurt the appearance & is original to the bell. This is in mint condition. No chips et. Very NICE!
