Library of Congress Wash DC Postcard This is a nice color post card, with white border, of the Library of Congress at Washington DC. On the back it reads, Completed in 1897 at a cost of over $6,000,000. Dome and lantern are finished in black copper, with panels gilded with thick coating of gold leaf. Pub by I & M Otttenheimer, Baltimore, MD. Calls for one cent stamp. Never used.
