Londons Fashion Landmarks Drawing by Saalburg Ad 1947 this is a May 1947 advertisement. It is a nice color drawing by Leslie Saalburg. It is a drawing to display mens fashions. Building is Londons oldest tobacconish in Londons Haymarket, just off Piccadilly You can see part of the name of the store at upper left. Two gentlemen standing in front of the store. One in the bowler wears a single breasted, fly front, belted coat that flares at bottom. Companion with the printed Paisley scarf is in loose fitting, slash pocket raglan style. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 3.4 inches wide by 12 3/4 inches tall.
