Our lovely lyre form clock in the Louis XVI style features a movement by Vincenti et Cie of Paris, with the maker's familiar mark celebrating their gold medal of 1855 which reads "Medaille D'argent Vincent & Cie 1855".  It is crafted from white marble with faux diamonds and gilt bronze mounts including beading, garlands and sunburst motif at top.  Candelabra feature garland motifs with satyr masks and hoof feet.  Clock measures 23.5 by 11 by 8 in and the candelabra  18 in tall and 8 in across.
