This is a nice gun pliers by Welper and also marked with the model number YS-50.  There are in very good condition overall with a slight ding in one area of the wire cutter near the pivot joint.  Otherwise in great shape.   We have seen newer pliers like this only the newer plier have rubberized covers on the handles.  When the pliers are completely closed the long nose jaws do not touch together but are parallel.  The spring load works great.  No rust, very little wear.
