Lucky Strike and J M talley Ad 1941 This is an October 1941 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from The American Tobacco Company. Ad shows Mr. J M Talley, tobacco warehouseman of Durham N C. with a lady in a green suit and hat. They are admiring a leaf of tobacco and he says, Take my word for it, tobacco like this is plenty expensive. But that doesn't stop Luckies In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2 wide by 12 1/4 tall.
